About Us
Dr. Seth Allen completed his undergraduate studies at the University of New Mexico majoring in dietetics and nutrition. He earned a master's degree in counseling from Webster University. He received his doctor of chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College in 1983.
Dr. Allen opened Allen Chiropractic in Rio Rancho, New Mexico in 1984. He relocated to Monument, Colorado in 2003 and, together with his wife Anita, started Allen HealthCare Solutions - an integrative chiropractic, acupuncture, and nutritional practice.
Dr. Allen holds chiropractic licenses in Colorado and New Mexico. He is certified by the Colorado Board of Chiropractic Examiners to practice acupuncture. He is a board certified clinical nutritionist awarded diplomate status with the Chiropractic Board of Clinical Nutrition (DCBCN). He is also a Colorado licensed professional counselor (LPC).
Anita Allen received her RN degree in 1990 from the Albuquerque Technical and Vocational Institute. She practiced in Albuquerque for eleven years at HealthSouth and in Tucson for three years at Eldorado Hospital and Tucson Medical Center. Her specialty is pre-op and recovery room. She has post graduate training in nutrition from Science Based Nutrition in Ohio.
She runs the office and oversees the Science Based Nutrition program.
